“It's far more profitable to grow a club by 5% along with 5% attrition compared to growing a club by 20% with 20% attrition. The latter instance has too much churn, requiring more overhead spending. While wineries in all regions are adding new club members more quickly than they are losing them, the rate of churn is uncomfortably high. The average attrition is 1% higher this year than last.”
