“Unlike Napa’s Cabernet Sauvignon or Oregon’s Pinot Noir, no single wine dominates shipments from the ‘Rest of California’. Combined, the diverse region accounted for 11% of total DtC shipping volume in 2024 and experienced the steepest decline in shipment volume among all regions tracked, with a 13% drop. Two wines stood out with stronger-than-average performance: Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc.”
