“Across the dataset, direct-to-consumer accounts for slightly more than 70% of total revenue, with the remaining share coming primarily from wholesale. Differences do exist across regions and winery sizes. Smaller wineries remain heavily dependent on direct-to-consumer sales, while larger wineries maintain a more balanced mix that includes wholesale distribution. Even so, the underlying dynamic is consistent.”
