Today’s Most Interesting Wine Industry Data
“As has been the case for over a decade of this report’s production, shipments from Napa Valley wineries dominated in total value of shipments. This is thanks to Napa wineries’ $86.43 average price per bottle shipped in 2023—the highest-ever price per bottle shipped for the region. Sonoma County, meanwhile, maintained its position at the top for volume of wines shipped by sending nearly 30% of all wines shipped directly to consumers.”
