But with softer visitation today, it’s time to reexamine those practices. We suggest that wineries consider moving away from a fixed-fee pricing approach and instead adopt pricing strategies based on their traffic patterns, charging lower fees during predictably slow periods to attract consumers and charging higher fees during busy times.”
