Today’s Most Interesting Wine Industry Data
“Business health varies considerably by annual case production: only 24% of wineries producing under 1,000 cases rate their health as good or excellent, compared with 62% of wineries producing 50,000–99,999 cases. Interestingly, the largest producers (100,000+ cases) fall back to 39%. This data suggests that scale is an important factor in winery business health, with mid-to-large producers generally in a stronger position than small wineries.”
