without a home
August 3, 2012
Looking for a crush-to-bottle facility in which to produce and market your wine? Crush94. , in the Southern Crossing district of Napa Valley, is currently taking on new custom-crush clients.
Spelletich Family Wine Company (SFWC), in conjunction with its accomplished Crush 94. team, custom crushes for wine brands and individuals by offering top-down, crush-to-bottle services, as well as having available, proper barrel storage and everything in between, including compliance. Crush94. is a fully functional custom-crush business, with more than 30 years of experience.
According to SFWC’s head of operations’ Kristen Spelletich, Crush94. is capable of achieving this while maintaining its small, owned and operated business; which means offering an intimate, hands-on, well-crafted experience. Longtime winemaker Barb Spelletich, who has been making wine for her family winery, Spelletich Cellars, for nearly 20 years, will guide her clients through the full production process. A master blender, Barb lends her support every step of the way. Crush94.’s cellar crew conducts the barrel work and custom bottling. Administration needs and logistics, from packaging and branding, label creation, accounting, and scheduling, is available. Most importantly for clients, Attending Proprietorships (APs) or alternating premises and/or DBA’s are offered.
As a value-added service, Crush 94.’s veteran team can assist its clients to identify bulk wine sources, as well as branding through its three decades of experience in the field.
Crush94. is a full-service, hands-on, wine-producing, family custom-crush operation. Space is limited.
