Women &Wine® Partnership Adds Targeted E-Marketing
Santa Rosa, CA – The International Women’s Wine Competition is accepting entries through August 9, 2012. Expertly judged by women, for women, the competition is once again partnering with Women & Wine®, a community for lovers of wine, food, and travel.
Chaired by Debra Del Fiorentino, Sommelier, CWP, CSW, the International Women’s Wine Competition will be judged exclusively by women, with the female end consumer in mind. “Women choose and buy eight out of every ten bottles of wine consumed in the home,” explains Del Fiorentino, “and awards are strong sales drivers.”
Judges for this year’s competition include:
Dr. Liz Thach, MS, Professor Sonoma State University, Wine Business Institute
Julie Brosterman, Founder & CEO Women and Wine
Dr. Valerie Uhl, Chief Judge and Director, “North of the Gate” Wine Competition
Women & Wine®, a community for lovers of wine, food, and travel, uses social media and live events to build on- and off-line connections with over 20,000 consumers daily. Established in 2005 by CEO Julie Brosterman, the company’s Facebook fan page draws over 500,000 impressions monthly, making it one of the most active pages for wine lovers.
Wineries who enter online through EnofileOnline.com will receive a paperless discount of $10 per wine entry through the deadline date. EnofileOnline.com is a user-friendly wine competition software package that allows the user to set up an account and manage wine entries in any or all of Vineyard & Winery Management’s six wine competitions.
