Napa, CA (May 22, 2012) – The popular Direct to Consumer Wine Symposium, the wine industry’s comprehensive summit on direct marketing and sales, is slated for January 24, 2013 at the South San Francisco Conference Center, located 3 miles north of San Francisco International Airport. The sixth annual summit is anticipated to draw another sellout crowd with dynamic speakers and actionable solutions for wine marketers. Session and registration will be announced this summer at

The summit is expected to continue drawing a larger audience, as well as broader representation from appellations throughout California and the United States. The new venue is very convenient to SFO, provides more space for sponsors, and will contribute more net income to the beneficiaries.

“Once again, we’ve outgrown past conference venues,” said Brian Baker, 2013 chairman and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Chateau Montelena winery. “We’re also excited to expand on some of the most popular aspects of the 2012 summit.”
