Doug Hengehold named Director, Sales & Business Development, at The Winery Exchange

Doug Hengehold has been named Director, Sales and Business Development at The Winery Exchange in Novato. Winery Exchange is the only full-service, value-added, corporate brand beverage alcohol company which sources beer, wine and spirits from the finest regions worldwide. The placement was made by The Cypress Group, an executive recruiting firm based in St. Helena.

A native of Sonoma, Hengehold graduated from Miami University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing. Most recently he was Vice President, Channel Development, at Rodney Strong Wine Estates in Healdsburg.

At Winery Exchange he will play a key sales role in building private label programs in the retail tier. “We’re excited to have Doug join our sales team and we look forward to Doug expanding our wine, beer and spirits business with on-premise and chain accounts,” said COO Oliver Colvin, in making the announcement of Hengehold’s new position.

Hengehold lives with his wife and children in Sonoma, CA.
