Catherine Banister Named Visitor Center Manager
For The Hess Collection On Mount Veeder
NAPA, Calif. — Catherine Banister has been named Visitor Center Manager at The Hess Collection winery on Mount Veeder. She has been with Hess since 2006 in a variety of hospitality roles, including directing VIP and trade hospitality.
The Hess Collection Visitor Center on Mount Veeder is located in a historic stone building with a long history as a winery dating back to
the 19th century, and is located alongside The Hess Art Museum, showcasing contemporary selections from the personal collection of Donald Hess. A gift shop, tasting room and executive dining room for trade guests are located within the Visitor Center.
Ms. Banister is a long-time Napa resident whose community service includes serving as a program director for the Napa District Boy Scouts of America camping programs. She is a private pilot, graphic artist, and has extensive management experience with several local firms.
