Tonnellerie O Adds Two to Sales Team

BENICIA, CA � Tonnellerie Ԯ, the premier French oak cooperage built in 2009 has announced the addition of two new sales consultants to help meet increasing demand for the company�s artisanal barrel products and services. Adam Waisblatt is responsible for the Napa, Central Coast, Bay Area, Southern California and Oregon territories, while Chris Pommerening will be responsible for the South Sonoma, Napa, Sierra Foothills, Texas, Arizona and New Mexico territories.

According to Jason Butler, Master Cooper of Tonnellerie �, �We built Tonnellerie � from the ground up to create barrels of unparalleled quality. Adding Adam and Chris to the sales team is an important step in expanding our customer service to fully support the �Best-in-Class� position of our products. Both Adam and Chris have a broad range of experience that brings additional perspective and depth of knowledge to our group.�

With nearly 10 years of experience working in the wine industry, Adam Waisblatt brings proven performance in creatively managing key account relationships and business sales strategies. Waisblatt has a degree from UC Davis, studied at the Wine and Spirits Education Trust in London and is currently studying to become a Master of Wine. �I love working closely with winemakers to help them optimize the sensory quality of their wines,� he said. �The training I�ve received during my education and now with Tonnellerie � gives me a wealth of barrel and sensory knowledge which helps in communicating with winemakers on a technical as well as a sales level.�

After hours, Waisblatt�s life still involves wine. �I�m a passionate wine consumer and love every

aspect of the industry and enjoy teaching others about it,� he said

Chris Pommerening has garnered noteworthy experience from within the wine industry as well as an extensive background in sales and customer support. A former Development Manager at The Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, California, and Wine Educator and Guest Relations Manager for Pine Ridge Vineyards in Napa, Pommerening has developed significant skills in communicating product knowledge and building productive customer relationships. �I entered the wine industry through food and wine sales, which was a natural fit for me,� said Pommerening. �I am especially excited to expand my industry experience now with Tonnellerie �, as it�s a superior product I am proud to present to customers,� Pommerening added.

Pommerening is engaged to be married in July and loves to cook. When not in the kitchen he also enjoys playing golf and travel.
