A NOTE FROM THE EDITOR:

In response to a number of readers who have told me that these emails are too long, I'm experimenting with a new format. Instead of putting the entire article (and graphics) in the email edition, you will now find a headline, abstract and a link to the article on the Wine Industry Insight web site.

Please me sure to write me if this does not work for you, or if you have a suggestion on how better to deliver this.

All My Best,
Lew Perdue
