's Rating of Simi Winery: Chardonnay: Sonoma County-California: : 2013: United States

This is a perfectly enjoyable, if somewhat ordinary, summer quaffer with hints of oak, peaches and citrus.

The quality is nowhere near what Zelma Long produced before Simi was sold to Constellation.

It's definitely not worth the $17.99 suggested retail, and iffy at Safeway's $12.59 price. But that plus a $3 winery coupon makes this a good buy at the right price: $9.59.
