Bold black fruit and a hint of cedar. A very tasty 2012 Paso Robles Zinfandel from Russell Family Vineyards (the Rabbit Ridge folks).

Just $6 at the winery and the equal of wines costing 3x or more.

So ... why is there so much mediocre crap in the $12 and under category? This is pleasurable proof that quality can be affordable.
