TODAY'S FEATURED WINE

As always, SavvyTaste.Com has my full description and opinion of this wine: Lewis Perdue's Rating of Naked Wines: Tempranillo: : Trigales: non vintage: Spain

I put this link in News Fetch yesterday: "Improve Wine With A Blender". Then, tonight, I ran up against a tannin monster wine with no fruit.

None. Decanting didn't work. Neither did vigorous decanting. Still not drinkable.

And so, into the blender. Short pulse. Nada. Long pulse? De rien.

Push the WHIP! button ... Foam baby! Nichts. Niets.

So, down the drain instead of down the hatch. Bummer.
