TODAY'S FEATURED WINE
As always, SavvyTaste.Com has my full description and opinion of this wine: Lewis Perdue's Rating of Silkbush Mountain Vineyards: Shiraz: Breedkloof - Western Cape: : 2010: South Africa
Power and finesse together ... big fruit, raspberries and smoked ham with a black chery sauce. Lots of tannins, big but agile. Stood up to Angus beef chili and was still nice sipping by itself afterwards.
